Our story

BFS was founded in 2006 by Christian Dragonei, an engineer with extensive expertise in fluid transport. With a clear vision and a strong strategy, he grew BFS into a recognised player in the industry.

From firefighting and industrial applications to offshore operations, BFS provides reliable solutions wherever water needs to be transported quickly and safely. In 2017, the company further expanded its expertise by developing a dedicated range of solutions for agricultural irrigation.

Following Christian's passing in 2024, his two daughters took over the family business. After implementing several structural changes, they are now leading BFS into its next chapter alongside their partners, Elias and Andreas.

Together, they are committed to building on Christian's legacy, continuing to develop BFS and, above all, providing customers with the reliable products, expertise and service they have come to expect.
