Transparent polyurethane hose liner tube with PU vulcanising adhesive
Transparent polyurethane liner tube with a special PU vulcanising adhesive, drawn or woven into polyester or polyamide hose jackets and vulcanised.

- During vulcanisation both layers obtain their physical properties and develop adhesion to the fabric
- Adhesion with normal synthetic yarns: 20 to 25 N; with rubber-friendly finished yarns: 30 to 50 N
- Storage: up to 6 months from the production date when stored properly (cool, i.e. below 25 °C, dry and dark)
- Can be drawn or woven into the hose fabric and vulcanised without further treatment; steam, infrared or hot air can be used to activate the white adhesive layer. Heating time depends on local conditions and fabric construction. Guide values for steam vulcanisation: 2 minutes at 1.5 bar, 2 minutes at 3.0 bar, 6 minutes at 3.5 to 3.8 bar steam pressure.
